Dart Board Scoring System Screen Shots and Description
When the file opens the user must have Macros enabled in order for the scoring system to work. In order to ensure that the user does this, if Macros are not enabled then the user will not be able to get past the first screen. This has full instructions on how to enable the macros.
With the Macros now enabled the user is presented with a page of instrcutions and notes on how to operate the many different routines that are contained within the workbook. A simple toggle button then allows the user to go straight through to the Game Board.
![]() The Score Board worksheet has numerous options for data (score) transfer and for resetting the dart board score system. There are both automatic and manual ways to score or a combination can be used.
The dart Board has a "click and score" system with a dartboard representation panel that can be hidden away if it is not required. As each dart is thrown the user can click on the dart score and the information is automatically transferred across to the appropriate
players score. Toggles are available in the workbook to hide or show both the Score Board, the "Click and Score" dart board, switch players, add additional dart throws etc.
All options toggle i.e. by use of the same button the options are hidden or made visible by the use of the one button

![]() The workbook automatically monitors the players scores and when the player scores the maximum 180 a congratulations message box appears with the individual players name (if the player names option has been used). ![]() When a players score reaches the desired number e.g. 301 or 501 whichever is set then the worksheet will automatically produce a message within the sheet whether that is achieved with a few or many throws of the darts. The visual basic constantly monitors each change of value for a specific result. | ||||
